2. Scope of Services
SEOdb provides AI-powered SEO/GEO optimization, Search Engine Submissions, automation, analytics, APIs, and related services under the On2Ai Systems brand. Features may evolve, be enhanced, or modified over time.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third‑party rights.
- Create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.

5. Usage, Tokens & Auditing
All On2Ai System usage is metered and billed based on tokens. Detailed, real‑time and historical usage auditing is available in the user Dashboard.
- Token usage varies by input size, output length, model, and features.
- You are responsible for monitoring usage and available balance.
6. Pricing, Charges & Payments
- Standard service charges are published on shop.on2ai.org.
- Pricing may be usage‑based, subscription‑based, or prepaid.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Non‑payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
7. Free Trials & Promotional Credits
Free trials or promotional tokens, when offered, are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and may expire.
8. Data, Privacy & Security
You retain ownership of your input data. On2Ai processes data solely to provide and improve the Services, subject to the On2Ai Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, models, branding, dashboards, and documentation are the intellectual property of On2Ai or its licensors.
10. Service Availability & Modifications
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. On2Ai may modify or discontinue features at any time.
11. Termination
Accounts may be terminated by the user or by On2Ai for violations, non‑payment, or legal compliance. Unused tokens are non‑refundable unless required by law.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AI outputs may be inaccurate. On2Ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI‑generated content. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three (3) months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over disputes.
