Digital Products & Services All products and services sold on this platform are digital in nature, including but not limited to: AI Server / Hosting Plans AI Tokens or Usage Credits Subscription-based AI Services Digital Access or System Resources These services are provisioned immediately or reserved upon successful payment. ## 2. No Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for server or hosting plans, AI tokens, credits, usage-based purchases, subscription fees already billed, or any activated or provisioned services. These items are non-refundable because they involve immediate infrastructure, hosting, or AI compute costs that are prepaid to upstream providers. To remain cost-effective for our customers, services are offered at base or near-cost pricing. Once allocated, these resources cannot be reversed or reused. ## 3. Cancellations Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through their account dashboard, where applicable.
